YOU NEED A COACH!

And why would you need a life coach?

Research shows that there is a correlation between well-being and setting and achieving goals (Emmons, 2003). There is great joy in accomplishing things and in becoming a better version of ourselves.

I don't know about you but for me, achieving my goals increases self-efficacy and self-confidence. It enhances resilience and life satisfaction.

Norcross et al. (1989, 2002) report that there is a correlation between positive outcomes and

  • readiness to change
  • self-efficacy (the belief we can change)
  • and the skills to be able to change.

A more recent study (Oscarsson et al., 2020) shows that

  • goal-oriented participants were more successful at achieving their goals than those who weren't (58.9% vs 47.1%)
  • and that those who received support were significantly more successful.

What does this mean to us?

It means that to achieve our goals, we don't just need willpower!

We need a savoir-faire! We need to put all our heart, mind, and strength in it:

  • desire to become a better person
  • be willing to change
  • believe we can change
  • set relevant and attainable goals
  • and, to receive support, share our goals and report on our progress.

The job of a life coach is to bring clarity as you set your goals, give non judgmental support, and to hold you accountable.

Frankly, it might be the one key that you are missing to achieve your goals!

As a certified coach, I want to help you set and achieve your goals to fulfill your purpose.

About me

I want to help women because I know how central their roles are in families and societies. Helping them unlock their potential, guiding them through transformative journeys toward personal fulfillment is my mission. I want to help women because I am one of them and I know how hard it can be sometimes!

I received a lot. People who have helped me grow have cheered me on when the path was difficult, respected my choices, inspired and guided me, and above all, have listened to me. In fact, they have coached me!

It's now my turn to help others through life coaching.
